Mentorship

Starting in 2001-2004 Shan-e-Punjab (S.E.P) started a program to allow students to explore a career area that they were interested in. Our role was to find someone in the community that best suited the career requirement. We ran this program for 4 years nominating each year a woman who was from an Indian background or not. We partnered with the YM-YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, allowing the students to meet, interview and through an application process get to know their mentor and vice-versa. If you are interested in being a mentor or coach please contact us.
